Hello All
I could not find anything on this, so sorry if it is a repeat question. Has
anyone been tested by other means, specifically the ALCAT food intolerance
test? If so, what are your thoughts on the reliability of this test? It is
highly controversial.
I had the tests done years ago, and had a lot of positive reactions to many
things (intolerances they call it). I do not know who to believe as it
seems this test is so unpredictable.

I care because I have not been officially diagnosed with Celiac, and some
refute that I have it. I don't really care if they give it a name or not, I
know I have issues with gluten, but wondered if others have tried other
testing, alternative tests. The Alcat tests food and chemicals. Mine
pointed to gluten and grains as issues, also Cows Milk and a host of other
things...a huge list.
