Hi to you all,
        Does anyone know of a place where xanthan gum can be purchased in
bulk.  Our support group would like to save some money on this product (we
bake alot!) by buying a larger size than is usually available (6 - 8 oz.)
and then spitting it up at our meeting.  We do that a lot with cases of GF
products and find we can save some money that way.
