Below is the response from Cedarlane after I wrote to thank them for
clearly labeling their products:

Thank you for contacting us, we are glad to know that our efforts to start
providing our customers with a gluten free product is a sucess.  I will add
your name and address to our mailing list. Our 3 Layer Enchilada pie will
be switching to 100% gluten free as well, it will first start of with
saying wheatfree tamari on the ingredient list and then we will also add in
the future Gluten free on the front.
