The owner is very knowledgeable about celiac disease and is VERY
accomodating.  He sat with me and went through the entire menu, telling me how things are
made and what I should avoid.  He substituted rice for pita bread and made
sure the staff was aware of my special needs.  The food is terrific and I am very
sensitive to gluten---I've been there 5 times without problems!  Just thought
I'd pass this along!
