* Wheat & soybeans are part of one of the ingredients used in the
Cattlemen's Gold formula.  However, they are completely digested during the
manufacturing process of this ingredient resulting in the complete
elimination of gluten.

A discussion took place recently on the listserve in regard to Kikkoman soy
sauce, a company that claims the wheat gets fermented and turned into
sugar.

No one was able to determine whether or not this statement is true.

Until this is proven as a fact, we should not post information saying that
soy sauce with wheat is GF.
