Could anyone in the US please help.  Some of Bette Hagman's recipes call
for 2 or 3 squares of chocolate.  Here in the UK a square of chocolate is
about the size of a thumb nail - is it the same in the US?  This seems a
very small amount for the recipes.  Has anyone any idea what a square of
chocolate weighs?
