Hello Everyone and Thanks so much for your responses!!!

I'm Tandi, I sent the message New Member....Need Advice.

Many people mentioned how many samples were taken during the biopsy.
You also mention up to 5 different blood tests that can be done. Well
that has sparked more questions for me. First it is important that you
know that I travelled about a half hour to 45 minutes to see this GI
specialist that is supposedly "Good." (Not for Celiac just basically
good) There are not many GI doctors in my area so it takes on average
about Three Months to get into see one of them. My Primary doctor made
special arrangements for me to get in sooner. He sent me away with an
Irritable Bowel diagnosis without even doing any testing!!!!

So my doctor referred me to an Internal Medicine doctor. He said he
had heard of the Celiac Blood tests but had NEVER done them. The blood
tests were done at the lab in his office. They determined that the test
for wheat Intolerance??? was positive the gluten one was
borderline/inconclusive??? I don't know the official names for these
tests. The GI specialist just said that only one of the tests was
positive. I don't really know what to think. I mainly concluded that
since the GI specialist argued that none of my symptoms were "Classic"
Celiac that he didn't know what he was talking about. He said that
Diarrhea, constipation, weight loss, muscle aches, joint pain, mental
confusion, gas, bloating etc.... were not classic symptoms of CD. I
feel that he just doesn't know enough about the disease to diagnose it.
He took ONE sample when he did the biopsy. My problem is that his
office is the only GI office for miles around. I am so darn tired of
being sick, I just want to be better and the GF diet has been working great!!!

Should I continue with it or should I push for a diagnosis. I don't
even know where to turn for help. I live in the Provo, UT area.
Many Thanks to you all!!!
