Dear Listmates,

Here I am again!  Ironically yesterday I received a catalog in the mail
from Gluten Solutions!  I have not paid much attention to where to get
gluten free foods since I have only been able to eat meats...but now that
the Lord's hand of mercy rests upon me so that I can eat just about
everything I am full of questions!!  As I looked through the catalog I
could hardly believe the wonderful things in there.  This morning I went to
the web site for the gluten free mall...Wow!!!  Where does one start and
how does one know what is good?  Do you have any suggestions?  I would like
to find muffins, bread, cookies, candy (are there any gluten free and dairy
free chocolates?) etc. and etc.  Could you give me some of your
