Hi Listmates,

Welcome to 2001! The CSA/Southern NJ Chapter for Celiac Sprue begins
their first meeting for the new year on Sunday, January 7, 2001 from
2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Barry Brown Health Education Center, on the
grounds of Virtua West Jersey Hospital, Evesham Road and Carnie Blvd.,
Voorhees, NJ.

The topic for this meeting will be, "Recipe Conversion." Bring your
favorite recipe that you used before you were diagnosed with Celiac
Disease and we can discuss how ingredients can be added or substracted
to it to make it gluten-free (i.e., stir-fry meals, cakes, cookies,
brownies, etc.)
