I will be traveling from North Carolina to Nashville TN (staying downtown near
convection center) then to Clinton Missouri and then on to the Grand Canyon
(exact stops not yet determined) and then going back home to North
Carolina. I would appreciate any suggestions for places that have gluten free
menus or are at least gluten friendly in any of these locations or along the
way. I am excited but concerned about being away from my kitchen for such
a long time, but this is a great opportunity for me that I won't pass up due to
celiac.

Our exact travel course has not been determined beyond the two required
stops in Nashville and Clinton. I can adjust the travel to meet my needs. I
will be taking some food with me so that I can be assured of having something
to eat along the way, but don't want to miss out on good eating along the
way.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions for places that are helpful with
the gluten free diet we must adhere to at all times.

Annette
