I went to the IHOP web-site, then to their contact page.  There's an option for contacting their:  IHOP Test Kitchen regarding ingredients, nutritional value, etc.  I wrote a letter to them, first expressing shock about the batter in their omelets, then about the customers they may lose because of this.

I encourage you all to do the same.  Maybe we can make a difference.
