Many thanks to all of the people who sent me GF recommendations for
Milwaukee. There were many more choices than opportunities to try them. Two
were outstanding, but for very different reasons:

* BD's Mongolian Grill is a restaurant chain that is good for lunch. They
have an "allergy window" where they will cook your food in a clean wok. GF
sauces are clearly identified. I also found out that a member of my extended
family has cooked there (small world). The food wasn't fancy, and wasn't
intended to be. But this is the first Mongolian Grill I've been able to eat
at in many years, and it was good.

* Molly's Gluten Free Bakery isn't in Milwaukee, but if you have gasoline
and a bit of time to get to Pewaukee it is well worth the trip. The baked
goods are very good, and there is quite a bit of variety. Decent bread is
difficult to find, and Molly's has a number of different types, all of them
good. There are also good looking sweets. Mary, the owner, is a totally fun
person. Unfortunately, Mary doesn't do mail order or at least not yet. But
there are a few places around the immediate Milwaukee area where Molly's GF
products are sold. Also some restaurants use Molly's breads. Sounds like I'm
a business partner, but I'm not. I'm just a tourist and amateur baker.
