Saturday, 9/23 from 11 am to 3 pm, there will a gluten-free tasting  
day at the Fresh & Natural Market store in Hudson, WI, (1701 Ward Ave
Hudson, WI).  There will be many samples from several vendors to taste.

Next Saturday, 9/30 from 11 am to 3pm, there will be a gluten-free  
tasting data at the Fresh & Natural Market store in Plymouth, MN (our  
Seasons Mall, 4232 Lancaster Lane, Plymouth, MN 55441).  This is a  
relatively new store.

All Fresh & Natural Markets are very strict about identifying gluten- 
free foods (with a red dot).  The manufacturing facility must be gf  
to be honored with their red dot.  This makes shopping easy.

(I do not have any financial interest in the Fresh & Natural Markets  
other than they are just real friendly folks.)
