After going to an Indian buffet restaurant, and discovering that the fried
chicken and vegetables were fried in chickpea (garbanzo bean) flour, (and
they were delicious!), I returned home and saw a big bag of Garfava flour
from Authentic Foods...

So I just mixed in a little salt and pepper, and fried up a whole slew of
chicken nuggets, in just a few minutes of prep! Absolutely delicious! The
bean flours have a smooth texture, and just enough flavor to complement the
chicken.

This would probably work just fine with any of the bean flours.

I am never flouring food with rice flour again!
