I recently purchased some NOW brand calcium citrate powder.  I was so
excited thinking the powder would be fine as I cant take the tablet
form.  I only took 1/4 tsp. in a glass of water and got stomach cramps
and diahrea.  Guess I will have to give up on supplements altogether.
There was no gluten as I checked with the company.

Has anyone else had this problem?
