I live in Sundance, WY and buy GF bread in Rapid City at Main St Market, 512 Main St, (side of building is on Rushmore Road to Mt Rushmore), and actually have better luck in Spearfish, SD (65 miles west) at Good Earth Natural Foods, 138 E Hudson St.  Both are sometimes out and this past month I ordered directly from Energ as that's the brand my daughter and I like the best.  The new lite white is very good.  Enjoy your trip.  I have no knowledge of stores in MT or Yellowstone.
