Dear all,
Thank you for the fantastic response i have had from my questionnaire.  I have been through and studied all of them and have found out a few interesting things such as in the Uk a lot of people are effected by product promotion and packaging where as this is not what i have found out in my questionnaire.  

I have also found out from my studies that most of the people answering my questionnaire were people in the higher age catagories.  This surprisesd me as i have found this a great use in dealing with my intolerance.

It also apprears to me that the most important thing is having the assurance that the product will be 100% GF as well as be aware of other allergies and diets such as nut allergy etc.  This being more of a priority then having a well known brand.
