I ordered the "supppsed" Gluten Free matzoh but it has yet to be delivered
and I was going to start making my meatballs for Passover this week.  Can I
use potato starch instead of matzo meal?  Or does anyone have any other
suggestions?  I really want to get this made this weekend and I am so upset
the matzo didn't come in.
