I asked for Christmas cookie recipes. Some folks are organized enough to
post their recipes online!! I'm very impressed with their organization
*and* with the delicious looking recipes. :) I know some of the links are
wrap-around and I do apologize for that. You'll need to copy the entire
link into the "Address" box in your browser window to access the recipes.

GF COOKIE LINKS or BOOK REFERENCES

My own try & true cookie recipes are in my thread "The Best of Mireille"
They are incredible.

For all Delphi forum links you’ll need to login. It’s a pain, but it is
free.

There are numerous excellent try & true cookie recipes in the Delphi CD
Forum:

free.
Here are some recipes:

You can check out my new website which has GF recipes. It is totally
free. I only have 7 recipes up at the moment, but I do believe there are
2 or 3 of my favorite Christmas cookies on it. There should be Candy
Cane Cookies, Peanut Butter Blossoms, and a molasses ginger cookie. I
use either Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Blend, Bette Hagman's
4 Flour Blend, or Gifts of Nature All Purpose GF Flour for the recipes
that just say "GF Flour". You could also use Sylvan Border Farms GF All
Purpose Blend. The other recipe (Candy Cane Cookies) should specify each
GF flour used (1/2 cup tapioca flour, 1/2 cup rice flour, etc.)

The Candy Cane Cookies are super good, but extremely fragile. They seem
to shatter at the slightest touch, but just melt in the mouth.

Check it out at

www.glutenfreecookbook.com

I will add more recipes when I have free time around the holidays.
Thanks. -Eileen
_______________

I haven't tried the sugar cookies yet (p. 196-197), but the recipe is in my
all-time favourite gluten-free cookbook (everything I've tried has been
delicious):

The Gluten-Free Kitchen
Roben Ryberg
Prima Publishing
ISBN: 0-7615-2272-7
2000

The author states: "If you like making cookies for special holidays, this
is a must-try recipe."

I plan to try them this Christmas.

I'm sure you can get this book at your local public library or bookstore (I
just checked Amazon.com and it's listed).
