I have just recived a gf banana bread/muffin mix from The Gluten Free
Cookie Jar, and it calls for 1 cup of unsalted butter, and I am having
trouble locating it..(haven't looked to hard yet)..I was wondering if
anyone else has made this mix, and used just regular margarine..I also
purchased pretzel nuggets, donut holes and bagels,(I have no intrest in
this company, other than it making her happy) and my 5 year old is
enjoying all of them...I am not much of a baker, so I haven't tried to
many things yet..So any help would be appricated..

Also, does anyone know of any stores that would carry gf items in the
Brandon Fla. area..
