>Could anyone tell me what Durham Flour is??? Is it gluten free??? >

I am a recently diagnosed CD stationed in Germany. An Indian (from
India) friend purchased DURHAM FLOUR from England in an Indian food
store here in Germany. He tried to explain that the flour was from
Chick Peas. I think I had a gluten reaction to the food he cooked, but
was not sure if it was from the flour which may have had wheat
contamination or from the spices he used which included curry powder, or
both.

At any rate, DURHAM FLOUR may or may not be DURUM FLOUR. Maybe our
Indian or English list members can provide more information.
