My sister lives in Kirkland and is really having a tough time.  She must eat 
gluten free but also has a problem with yeast overgrowth right now so she must 
be on the candida diet as well --

Does anyone have any ideas to help her find more to eat?  She is pretty 
limited to meats, veggies, sunflower and ?......   She cant have milk, sugar, nuts, 
maltodextrin, must be low carb and low fat too.  The Candida diet is pretty 
strict....
