Hi listservers,
I had 10 responses on my posting  once a celiac always a celiac
8 were-had that did that-  I will not knowingly eat anything that
contains gluten
one does not outgrow the celiac gene.
1 was most interesting. He stated that as a child he was diagnosed as a
celiac but at the age of  five his doc told the family that he outgrew
it. and could eat everything.  Now as an adult he does eats everything
with no ill effects. That I found very very interesting and food for
thought.
