Hi all,
There are some new brands of rice and corn based pastas available now. I
like them MUCH better than pastariso, which i have found too sticky and
cooks unevenly.
Mrs. Leepers, rice and corn pasta, in all shapes and colors. Fave: brown
rice garlic and parsley twists.

Gabrielles, polenta pasta. corn with herbs, very very tasty, good texture.
Flavors like masa with red peppers and basil, polenta gemelli with basil and
garlic...in addition, the cooking water from this pasta is flavorfull and
makes a great soup base.

Also, I have enjoyed Quinoa pasta in the past, but have heard that quinoa
may not be GF. CAn anyone tell me more about that?
Thanks,
Kathryn
