My hubby and I have struggled with the fact that our whole family
must become g-f (and, by the way, m-f) due to two-year-old Evan's
celiac disease. Giving up pizza or Chinese food (soya sauce) on
Friday night was near devastating. We were thrilled to discover a
Vietnamese restaurant in our city. They use rice flour for their
noodles and spring rolls and, so far, we haven't run into any soya
sauce. The owners are very willing to answer our questions, but
language is a bit of a barrier.

          * Check out Vietnamese restaurants in your area. They could be safe
          for you.

          * If you do eat Vietnamese food regularly, are you aware of any
ingredients we should look out for?

          ...Pam
