For those of you fortunate enough to live in the Chicago area, I just had  
the best birthday party ever.  I rented out Da Luciano's in River Grove and  
ordered a gluten-free lunch for 40 girlfriends to celebrate the big 50.
 
The menu was:
Fried Calamari, bread, Antipasto platters
Pasta fagioli soup
House salad
Pasta with Vodka cream sauce and peas
Chicken Marsala with broccoli and Vesuvio potatoes
and BEST of all
 
A Tiramisu Sheet cake - Gluten Fee that was fabulous!!!
 
The entire lunch was gluten free for everyone so that my friends came to my  
world to eat. The food was fantastic and the owners couldn't have been  nicer.
 
Even if it's not your birthday, you should treat yourself to a great gluten  
free Italian meal at this restaurant.
