Looking at the "top secret recipe" that was posted earlier--what in this could be "bad" for us??  

Their website says that "gluten is not added, but may contain low levels of gluten depending on source ingredients".  

This used to be my only dressing before I was diagnosed and is one of the things that I miss greatly.
