Are Beelers bratwurst and other products gluten free?  dairy free?

I sent them an email, and never received a reply.

Also, please let me know if you have eaten them, if you are very
sensitive to gluten or dairy, and what was the result.  We have eaten the
brats for some time with no apparent negative effects, but without
confirmation of their ingredients, until my husband had a digestive upset
(may have been viral or something else) so now we'd really like
confirmation.
