Has anyone had any experiences 
eating out at The Melting Pot?
I'm in California, but they're
all over.  From the looks of the
menu, I'd say it'd be complicated
to avoid cross contamination
unless you just get your very own
pot of fondue to dip stuff in
(which isn't cheap).  I
haven't checked with them, but for
all I know they may put stuff in
the cheese fondues anyway that
have gluten in it.
