Is it true celiacs should stay away from hair colors/perms?  I realize if
they have offending ingredients we need to stay away from them but as a rule
are we supposed to avoid them as they cause other problems?

IF you have used them, what brands do you recommend?  I need to do something.
 It is bad enough that you feel crappy - do I have to look the same
too?????????
