I just found and tasted the most incredible packaged GF cookies!  They're
called Frookies by Delicious Brands in Illinois.  They have 3 GF flavors:
chocolate chip, double chocolate, and peanut butter chunk.  All three are
moist, chewy, loaded with flavor, none have that icky soy aftertaste, and
they're very reasonably priced!  A box is $2.45, case is $28.50 - they're even
cheaper during the month of February (sorry, I'm a little late in telling you
