Hello listfriends,

I just read the summary on milk allergy and I was wondering. It seems to
me that I get in trouble when eating rice, corn, soy, milk - I tried
some soy as in margerine the other day and after one hour I was so tired
I had to go straight to bed. Yet I heard that soy oil should be no problem.
Corn and rice makes my sinuses congested, but I still eat it every 4
days - because I am having trouble finding enough food to eat.
With milk, I wake up the next day all sweaty (that was not correctly
written I think) with a yucky feeling in my stomach and on the verge of
throwing up.

Does this sound familiar to any of you out there? I have a feeling of
going crazy :).
