After my post stating these were 100% GF I received an e-mail from
someone stating they had checked them out earlier this year and they
were told they were not GF anymore.  I e-mailed the company back and
this is what I got in response:

Amy,
I just spoke with our plant manager and he reassured me that we are
gluten free.  The determining ingredient is the vinegar.  We use an
'apple' vinegar and not one derived from a grain.  I don't know who your
friend talked to but we are gluten free.
