A friend thought she had similar symptoms to celiac.  The doctor sent a blood
test to the Mayo Clinic which came back as negative.  The procedure is listed
as Endomysial Abs, Ser.

Exactly what is this test?   And could you get a negative reading and still
have CD or is the test pretty conclusive?  She needs help and doesn't know
where to go from here.
