After searching the archives I could not find any previous
discussion...

Does the starch in paper contain gluten?
Can one have a physical GLUTEN reaction to the starch in paper by
touch in addition to the normal food GI reaction? (skin is
brittle and broken)

By subjective correlation I seem to have more problems with my hands
when I handle more photocopy/laserprinter paper.

Thanks
Stephen
