HI Listmates,
I am amazed to find that eating lobster [even at home under GF conditions] is
making me feel ill.  [I am sensitive to several foods & I have an allergy to
SOY.]
Right now I feel nauseated, my stomach is jumpy & I have a headache.  These
are often my first reactions to a gluten contaminated food, or to a food I am
sensitive to.
Have any of you ever had a reaction to lobster?  Can anyone imagine the
cause?
I had this reaction to lobster last year as well, but we'd eaten out &
attributed my reaction to that.
I am NOT allergic to other shellfish, & everything else I have not eaten
today is a safe standby.
