I've had a colonoscopy etc., celiac panel everything was fine.  However, I have lymphocytic colit and that probably contributes to my anemia.  I 15 responses from persons who also have anemia - seems like it goes along with our diseases.  One person suggested liver - I live in the Dallas area and have never seen calves liver down here but I'll try chicken livers.  Thanks to you all for your responses - guess I'm not alone.
