     Are you using GOOG? 800-*GOOG*-411 //// 800-466-4411
      It really is amazing.

Call this number and say the name of the town and what you're
looking for. Just say Outback or Indian restaurants or whatever.
Call ahead and see if they have a GF menu or if they have ever heard of
GF.

The second thing is Indian Restaurants. I have had Indian from
New Orleans to Boston and everywhere in between. They will
understand wheat flour or white flour. Naan or sometimes spelled
nane bread is always wheat flour. Other than that most everything
on a noon buffet is OK. Some things will have cream in it. Some are
very spicey and some places are not spicey at all. A typical buffet
will have 5 or 6 vegetables and usually pekora , gram flour with
vegetables deep fried. There will always be lentils, potatoes, and
chicken. I am very sensitive and I have not had any cross
contamination.
