Could any one explain what is crystalline ascorbic acid and Rose Hips Powder.
 
I bought GNC Vitamin C crystals but cannot get an answer from G.N.C.  where
it's gluten and casein free.  ( it says no sugar, no starch, no artifical
colors or flavors, no preservatives)
 
I would like to cook with this for my 4 yrs old who is on g/f and c/f, yeast
free diet.
