Hi Listmates.... I'm travelling to Peru for three weeks over the
holidays. Lima seems to be the hub of our side trips. Could anyone give
me an idea of Peruvian food stores that offer GF breadstuff, etc.? I
understand Ener-G bread that I can purchase in the USA has a pretty long
shelf life, and should keep for a while. Any comments? Incidentally,
I've alerted the travel agency making the arrangements and planning guided
tours. Also, I've printed out restaurant cards in Spanish and English from
two sources.
Thanks, Mildie
