Fellow Listmates,

My daughters and I just returned from our trip to Universal Studios and our
visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando, FL. My 12-year-old, who has celiac
disease, liked the suggestion of fajitas without the flour tortillias, so
that's what she ordered. Because we were unsure whether or not the guacamole
and sour cream were GF, we omitted those, and Nicole mixed everything else
together as a salad (no dressing.) We were able to request a piece of
non-marinated grilled chicken and she substituted corn chips for the flour
tortillias. The waitress was very helpful and double-checked ingredients and
preparation techniques for us. Overall, a pleasant dining experience. Thanks
to all of you for your suggestions!
