Thanks to everyone who answered my question so quickly. I made the
mistake of looking in regular food stores. But I went to a health food
store today and found egg replacer with no problem.
Karen, I am aware that Whole Foods is a great resource, but I've yet to
go there. I think they just opened a store in San Francisco and I will
definitely will check them out in the future.
Again, thanks to everyone for the instant information when I needed it in
a hurry. My muffin mix is all made up and ready to travel.
