1) Advised to seek out health food stores in area for GF items.
Not to eat a local dish called Hushpuppies as it is not GF.
Beware of biscuits put on top of main course dishes.
"Grits" are probably ok, they are corn but be cautious! Try them..if you
have a problem, it will probably be the grits.

2) Highly recommend two restaurants on Hilton Head Island. French
eatery called Charlie's. Just let your waiter know ahead of time about
your needs and they will prepare a delicious meal. A newer place
seafood opened last year. It is very upscale and is run by the Muir
family. Look for them in the telephone book when you arrive.
Go to http://www.tgfg.homepage.com This is the web site for the Triangle
Gluten Free Group Web Site of North Carolina, USA.

3) Myrtle Beach, SC restaurants.
Outback, Ryan's Steakhouse, The Crab House, Sam Snead's Steak House,
Carolina Roadhouse, and the Flamingo Grill.
