I received inquiries in response to my e-mail for a total of 14 children,  
ages four through 15 (with some not mentioning the age of their child or  
children), as well as one adult investigating the possibility of a celiac  Camp for 
adults and offering to assist.
 
I will reach out to each of these individuals over the next week to try to  
get a better handle on options.
 
My initial sense is that there is not enough interest at this point in  time, 
but I will reach out to each of the people who e-mailed me to discuss  
options.
