I've just been trying out an electric tortilla
maker for the first time today. For anyone not familiar
with these, the electric tortilla maker has internal heating,
sort of like a waffle iron. One places a golf ball-sized
lump of dough on the hot iron, closes it, and removes a cooked
tortilla about a minute later.

Anyway, I have trouble eating corn (maize), so I was playing
with combinations of gluten free flours and starches to get a decent
rollable tortilla. Everything I made was edible, but nothing was
worth writing home about ;-) If I come up with a recipe I'm really
happy with, I'll certainly pass it along, but in the meantime, I
was wondering if anyone else already had a good non-corn, non-wheat
tortilla recipe. I'll keep checking cookbooks too, but I haven't
found the right recipe yet.

                       Thanks,
