I planned to have blood work done tomorrow (a celiac panel); it will be
the first since I was originally diagnosed last winter.  I seem to be
having a gluten reaction today and I'm wondering if I accidently ingested
gluten last evening.  Will this make the blood levels meaningless?  I'd
appreciate any advice offered.
