Unfortunately I failed to mention  a 3 DVD set from the Intestinal Health Institute.  This was filmed in Dallas in 2006 at Dr. Kenneth Fine's Intestinal Health and Beyond Seminar.  There is an excellent program by Dr. Harry Delcher, Endocrinologist from Atlanta GA entitled: The Great Hormone Robbery: How Gluten Induced Autoimmunity is Stealing Your Hormones......   Along with many other wonderful infomational programs.  This is a 3 CD set available at www.Enterolab.com.  

If anyone hears of any more please let me know.
