I just had to share my story - I was at the Skydome in Toronto last weekend
for a Blue Jays game! Of course, all (most!) of the fast food is forbidden
on a GF diet and I am left out of the 'hot dog/big mac' craze (doesn't
sound like too much of a hardship:-). But I did want to eat something - so
I went to the gyros kiosk and asked for the chicken souvlaki without the
onions, without the sauce and without the pita. It took a few smiles and
repetative statements (35,000 hungry fans expecting fast food waiting;
well, not really but there was a line-up). I got a plastic container with
chicken and tomatoes. The server must have thought it looked pretty
skimpy, so she gave me extra! And I always carry a fork in my purse. Great
snack.  Popcorn is another option.
