The half dozen responses I received so far indicate that "modified
food starch" listed on any product is suspect- may contain gluten,
and is best to be avoided.

By the way, could someone send me a copy (if you have it handy or it's
not too long to write down) of the famous Donna Jo Dream Pastry recipe
from one of Bette Hagman's books.  It would be much appreciated, and I'd
be happy to share or post in return my favorite gf pancake recipe.
