In a week we are visiting our son in Mountain View/Palo Alto, CA. We will also be going into San Francisco. The last time we were there I got sicker than I've ever been since diagnosis even though every where we ate said they understood about gluten free. I think for a lot of places out there it's more a fad than a medical issue. So I'd love to know of places that are Celiac friendly. Thanks for any help!
